Duchess Kate to turn 30 - Kate Middleton’s 30th birthday party to have 80s theme and karaoke. Love it. The Duchess of Cambridge doesn’t turn 30 until next week but the planning reportedly has been under way for ages. Between her brother-in-law Prince Harry, who is not exactly a slouch at partying, and her fun-loving sister Pippa Middleton, the event is expected to be memorable.

Kate Middleton must be pleased she has a party planner for a sister, as Pippa's in charge of her upcoming 30th birthday celebrations, with a little help from Prince Harry as well.

The Duchess of Cambridge turns the big 3-0 on January 9, and a big par-tay is in the works.
A royal source told Grazia that Pippa and Harry have "secretly arranged" an 80s-themed bash this weekend with cocktails and karaoke. Sounds like our kind of party.

It is thought Kate will make her film premiere debut with William on the eve of her bday, seeing War Horse at Odeon Leicester Square before heading to a charity dinner. Then it'll be party time.
The source said: "In many ways, this is going to be Kate's last chance to let go like she did back in the old days when she and William first met.
