Being a superhero isn't easy ... and neither is playing one in the movies. A-list actors Hugh Jackman, Jessica Alba, Ryan Reynolds, and Kate Beckinsale, who've portrayed comic book crime fighters on the big screen, can't do it alone, and at one time or another have turned to trainer-to-the- stars Ramona Braganza to get their butts in gear so their characters can kick some on set. Diane Mizota of "Inside & Out" got to step inside Braganza's 48-foot mobile fitness trailer and try out her signature "3-2-1" training method, which includes a mixed workout including three cardio sessions, two circuit rounds, and one core segment.
