Court OKs naked hiking fines-The Swiss court argued that naked hiking was a breach of public decency.The highest court in a European country has approved fining naked hikers. The decision comes after a nude hiker filed an appeal when he was fined $109.the swiss court argued that naked hiking was breach of public decency.
